August 30th lit work

 Today we looked out our vocab words and put them into our own made up sentences which though was easy and fun and helped to remember what each one means by doin every single one in a sentence then we filled in the blank and sentences and which word would go where which was kind of hard for some of them.

 There was a time when I got badly injured and it took me months to start walking again and doing pt and running and strength training, and it was a tough mental time and it was very hard. My team was also in the state quarterfinals and playing the best team in the state, and I was injured in a wheelchair watching my team get beat and it was definetly a turning point in my life where I was like this can never happen again and I don't want to lose ever again. So after all the constant training and sitting out of everything and finally getting back to my sports and what I do, I came out of it with a better mindset and better training and work ethic which I am forever glad for and thank God that he put me through that so that I can become better and win.

 Today we looked a another poem and learned more deeply about it and wrote words and meanings that were significant in it and we also drew a picture comparing the heart and the mind which was pretty fun and helps me thrive to be more creative.
