 I was sick again today. Absent.

 Today I was sick and absent. 

 Today we played kahoot and won prizes for them. 

 Today we wrote a paragraph essay thing where we needed to make a theses statement and arguments and claims and support them and it was pretty hard to format it right and to support claims with convincing arguments. I barely finished it and I believe I got better at writing and formatting paragraphs.

 Today we went over claims and how to write a claim like a quote from a text then we had to support it with evidence and write a couple of sentences. We talked as a class about a case and it was interactive and I liked it. It was pretty interesting and we talked a lot as a house about stuff too.

 Over my fall break I went to Washington DC and here are my 5 things that I did that were important. I toured a bunch of museums and learned new things and about history. I biked to mt. Vernon which was a 26 mile bike ride and it was very very fun. I also ran around the monuments and the tidal pool and reflecting pool which was a coupe of miles. My family and I went to a NHL hockey game too. And lastly I went to the beach with my friend to surf all day. So it was a pretty fun, eventful break .

 Tuesday we did an assignment sheet where we had to classify claims and describe them by our research, experiences, and reading in the past in correlation to the topic. It was difficult to find and think about what to write, but you just had to think hard and you would get it, even though one of them I had no clue. 

 Absent today 

 Today we did these claims assignment and we wrote claims for each category of sentences then we described why we used our claim and argument and we had to design the sentences into facts that could be argued which was kind of difficult for some of them. Then I did history work. It was a pretty productive day.

 Today we went over claims and had to do sentences according to a quota and number of sentences and instructions and make our own arguments and claims out of them and to pursuad the reader by setting forth facts about why or why you shouldn’t do some things and put a believable argument out there. It was pretty easy but took me awhile to think of some good answers.
