Write about a moment when you felt you had the power to make a difference in someone else's life

A moment when I felt I made a difference on someone else's life was when I would hang out with this kid across my street in the neighborhood who was kinda impaired but he was the sweetest kid and he would enjoy it so much when I hung out with him so I kept it up and did it a couple of times a month and he would just light up every time I saw him and I could tell I was making a difference on his life when I would hang with him and play sports with him and teach him new things. In that moment when he learned how to skate I understood that I really helped this kid out. Today was a snow day and we did a virtual assignment.
